This centrally location Accountancy Firm needs a Payroll Administrator to:

  • Maintain a portfolio of client payrolls processing around 1000 headcount.
  • Communicate with clients about any changes or issues.
  • An understanding of current PAYE and NIC legislation that affects payroll.
  • Ensure all starters, leavers, benefits and allowances are entered on to the database.
  • Ensure salary payments for client payrolls are transferred to the correct accounts.

The successful Payroll Administrator is likely to offer:

  • Qualification with the CIPP, AAT, or related qualification
  • Experience in large payroll processing
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • A desire to progress your career in payroll and accounts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and accountancy packages
