Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated

New Homes Sales Consultant

to complement our team covering the

York

area.

This role will be selling a high quality development with award winning designs located close to central York. Selling a mix of tenures including full market homes as well as shared ownership. Only candidates with a proven history of New Homes Sales success should apply.

Local knowledge of York city is preferred

We are looking for an experienced New Homes professional.

OTE- £38,000 - Uncapped Commission - Career Progression

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Consultant

  • Selling off plan from a Site Office / Show Home
  • Managing listings and site Marketing
  • Completing weekly developer reports
  • Negotiating sales and completing reservation paperwork
  • Completing AML checks
  • Attending weekly and monthly sales meetings
  • Referring potential buyers to our mortgage services
  • Referring potential buyers to our branches to sell existing homes
  • Maintaining the show home - Progressing sales through to speedy completions

Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Consultant

  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or Estate Agency or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
