Business Analyst-Higher Education-Facilities/ Research

Business Analyst with experience of working within a higher education environment and ideally on a facilities management system or research related projects is required to support our prestigious Russell Group University client.

The Business Analyst will be tasked with supporting on two projects within campus experience around implementing a new single building management platform and a research ethics project.

Business Analyst-Higher Education-Facilities/ Research- Essential Experience

  • Experience of working within a Higher education environments ideally around projects related to facilities management and research transformation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage workshops with multiple estates teams.
  • Ability to understand current processes and requirements
  • Strong core BA skills in process modelling the current and future states

documenting findings and requirements gathering.

  • Experience of assessing the feasibility of implementing the processes of implementing a new platform.
  • Experience of support the testing of updated processes in new platforms
  • Experience of designing an appropriate support model for the new processes
  • Ability to work with an Agile team on requirements gathering and data mapping/analysis
  • Capability to working with solutions architect's to develop high level designs.

Business Analyst-Higher Education-Facilities/ Research- Essential Experience

  • Experience of supporting a Planon smart building management software implementation.

Inside IR35 for an initial 6 months contract with 2 days on site per week in central London.
