Regional Sales Manager - South West England and South Wales

Global Fitness manufacturer & supplier up to £65,000+ OTE

Our client is a global Health & Fitness company who manufacture, sell and service high quality commercial fitness equipment and digital solutions for some of the most iconic ranges of Fitness equipment.

Job role Description

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for representing and developing the Fitness brand alongside sales of the portfolio of products to all commercial fitness markets within the South West of England and South Wales.

The RSM will create and develop relationships with new prospects and existing customers alike to constantly assess their needs and present value propositions to fulfil those needs. The primary measures of success are the fulfilment of revenue target for the Territory and profitability of the business acquired.

Qualifications

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

  • Revenue target attained
  • Responsible for selling the Health and Fitness product portfolio
  • Selling through solution-based sales processes
  • Full use of Salesforce CRM including, diary management, account tracking and opportunity modelling
  • Prepare and revise product forecasts and pipeline via the CRM system
  • Monthly Sales meetings
  • Customer training and demonstration of all products
  • Create floor plans through use of EC Design
  • Management of region through measured sales activity KPI's via SFDC.
  • Field sales focus role with minimum 3 days per week on the road

Education And Experience Requirements

Degree level qualification highly desirable.

  • 2 years field sales experience.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including a high level of proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience in fitness/sports/anatomy & physiology advantageous.

  • Great basic salary £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission of £20,000 plus
