Work (WFH) from home is possible, but you will need to be in the office on specific designated days for team building and communication purposes.

**Working hours: 09:00-17:00

Start: ASAP

Japanese speaking Expatriates/ HR Coordinator - What You'll be Doing:

  • Coordination of meetings within EMEA, personal evaluation feedback for expatriates, schedule management for promotion review employees.
  • Aggregation and management of working hours, reporting to each department managers.
  • Administrative support of data/document requests from Japan HQ to EMEA companies & collection / transferral of said information back to HQ.
  • Support of expatriate visa applications to countries outside of the UK
  • Database management projects e.g. group mailing addresses, expatriate bulletin board.

Japanese speaking Expatriates/ HR Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Good written and spoken Japanese and English
  • Intermediate level Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Data analysis ability
  • Experience in accounting and/or sales strategy planning
