**E-commerce Business Analyst/Consultant
About the Role:

What you'll be doing:
- Deep dive into our business architecture, analyzing the systems and processes that power our e-commerce operations.
- Become an expert on our product life cycle, from product creation and enrichment to the journey to the website.
- Unravel the financial processes, including order reconciliation and how orders flow through the system.
- Map out the integrations of various business processes and systems with the e-commerce platform.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in E-commerce Consulting: Proven ability to analyze and understand complex business architectures within e-commerce environments.
- Business Process Expertise: Strong understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms and integrations.
- Communication Savvy: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders including heads of departments (Logistics, Customer Service, Finance) and the E-commerce Director.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend impactful improvements.
