Sales Advisor Opportunity

Salary: 34,000 per annum
Location: Bodmin
Are you an exceptional sales professional looking for an exciting new opportunity in the dynamic property market? Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to join their sales and marketing team. Based primarily in Bodmin, this role will also require travel to other sites within Devon and Cornwall. You will work weekends and bank holidays, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an exceptional presentation of the sales arena
- Close sales while supporting customers throughout the purchase process
- Respond to generated sales leads and proactively manage the customer database
- Stay informed about the benefits and unique selling points of homes in your neighbourhood.
- Conduct market research, price benchmarking, advertising, and other marketing activities to meet sales targets
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance for customers, colleagues, and other parties on site in accordance with legal requirements and company policy
- Adhere to company procedures and performance standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales excellence.
- Experience in delivering sales in a service environment such as housebuilding, estate agency, hospitality, or banking.
- An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors.
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue.
- High levels of self-management.
- Computer literacy.
- A full driving license and car ownership.
