Position: Temporary Customer Service Agent
Duration: 24th June - 1st July (1 week)
Location: In-office, Central London
Compensation: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Agent for a short-term assignment at a well-regarded company. This one-week role will involve handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is based in a modern office in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and update records.
- Using the client's system (Zendesk)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role.
- Zendesk experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
- Availability to work full-time from 24th June to 1st July.
