An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive Credit Controller to join this award-winning marketing and media group. Working with some of the world's most recognisable brands, they're known for their creative culture and supportive environment.
THE ROLE: Working within a friendly finance team, you'll manage credit control across multiple divisions, handling prestigious client accounts while building strong relationships with both internal account teams and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage credit control for diverse client portfolio
- Drive proactive collections on project and retainer billings
- Build relationships with client finance teams and account managers
- Bank Reconciliations
- Support month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting
- Work closely with client services teams on payment planning
- Monitor and report on debtor days and ageing
IDEAL CREDIT CONTROLLER:
- Strong credit control experience
- Proven track record of managing corporate client relationships
- Experience with project billing and WIP management would be a bonus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong Excel and system skills
