Rapier Employment are currently seeking Drivers Mates for our busy Home Delivery client based in Darlington for ongoing work.
For this role you will ideally be based within a 30 minute commute of Darlington/Faverdale
Rates of Pay:
Standard Rate £12.12 ph
Overtime after 48 hours
ROLE INFORMATION:
A usual shift consists of the delivery of furniture and white goods to customers in their home alongside a Driver. It is a physically demanding role. You will need to be customer engaging with a friendly, professional personality. This is a 7-day operation and will involve working a
Saturday or a Sunday
, start times are 6am.
You will average around 30 to 35hrs per week over a period of three days with more shift's available dependant on volume. You will need to be flexible to cover holidays and sickness at very short notice.
YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Will require PPE, Safety Boots Footwear, High Vis
- 'Can do' attitude.
- Flexible to cover sickness and holidays.
