Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 DOE and qualifications.
Location: Bristol, hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
Hours: Full Time.
Legal 500 firm.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Work with a team of 6 other Fee Earners in Residential property as well as Support staff and trainees.
- Manage a mixed caseload of Residential Property files including but not limited to Freehold, leasehold, Sales, Purchase, Right to buy, buy to let etc.
- Assist the wider team and provide advice to junior staff members where appropriate.
Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor or licensed Conveyancer in Residential Property
- Experience managing a caseload of residential property files.
- Driven to further progress in your career.
- Comfortable in a networking environment, able to build strong working relationships.
