HR Manager

REED HR are working with our Professional Services client in central Epsom to recruit an HR Manager.

Responsible for overseeing all HR functions with particular focus on general HR management, employee relations payroll, learning and recruitment. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and able to multitask in a challenging environment.

HR Management

First point of contact for all UK and International HR related queries across the business

One direct report

Monthly HR reporting and summery reports for the Board

Create and maintain employee records and documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR matters

Manager Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance management and disciplinaries

Monitor Performance improvement plans with line managers, escalating to the disciplinary process if necessary

Process Payroll

Maintain payroll records

Manage Employee Benefits

Manage company bonus and commission schemes

Recruitment

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent

Source candidates via various channels including social media

Conduct interviews
