The Role: Investment Team Research Administrator
The Client: Global Investment Manager
The Location: London City Centre (Office Based)
The Role:
- Coordinating all aspects of the c. 8-10-person investment team's research administration
- Organising and managing a high volume of meetings/calls with multiple counterparties including public company investor relations representatives, broker analysts and independent research providers
- Organising introductions and trials with new brokers and independent research providers
- Helping to manage and negotiate contracts and research budgeting
- Helping to organise team off-sites and events
The Requirements:
- Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders ideally within an Investment Management/Professional Services terms
- Ability to work directly and effectively with high performance individuals
- Knowledge of how Investment firms interact with sell-side
- Knowledgeable with working with different systems
- Dynamic enough to provide support across a broad spectrum of stakeholders/tasks
