SEN Teaching Assistant

We're searching for full-time SEN Teaching Assistants in Windsor who have worked with children, young people, or adults with special educational needs, or in care settings.

The Role:

  • At least one year of SEN support experience in a school, childcare or care setting; being a talented, dedicated and highly motivated educator;
  • Support children with emotional and behavioral difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum;
  • Demonstrate high levels of care, concern and ambition for our children;
  • Have relevant skills and experience to serve a diverse student community including learners with ASC and SEMH.
  • Support SEN students and delivering activities on a 1:1 and small group basis

Requirements:

  • Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
  • Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK
  • Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
  • Already have or willing to apply for a Child Only enhanced DBS
  • Either live in Windsor or within a commutable distance
