Compliance Learning Manager - Financial Services - Hybrid

Role: Compliance Learning Manager

Hybrid Working: 2 Days Per week onsite working from Surrey

We are seeking a subject matter expert, with a solid understanding of Financial Services compliance (for example Consumer Duty, Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime), this role will be responsible for managing and leading the compliance training requirements across our Financial Services Client. Together with being able to design and deliver compliance training to the business, you'll be able to interpret new and amended regulations, identify business relevance and significance to our business. This is a pivotal role to ensure we stay focussed on good customer outcomes and remain compliant as per FCA guidelines.

Role Requirements:

  • Be a subject matter expert in regulatory framework (eg Consumer Duty, Anti Money Laundering, Financial Crime, GDPR etc) to positively and proactively take ownership of training and delivery with the regulation changes that impact our business.
  • Using your proven knowledge to identify, design, update and deliver training to different stakeholders (face to face, workshops, eLearning) in an engaging way and ensure training is suited to a range of stakeholders with varying levels of experience, thereby remaining focussed on good customer outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with the Business Assurance team and liaising with external bodies to be aware of changing industry requirements.
  • Continually carry out training needs analysis across the business to create meaningful and specific training interventions to support business compliance across the business
  • Develop 'just in time' training and coaching solutions to support our customer facing areas.
  • Ensure our client complies with all relevant regulatory training and maintain accurate records of attendees.

  • Provide data and insights on learning needs and activities to inform decision making and support the production of internal reporting
  • Developing in house eLearning solutions

Supporting the L&D team through training delivery and TNA activities beyond compliance training
