Reed HR have partnered with an established financial services organisation based on the South Coast who are seeking an experienced Reward Analyst to join their team to cover a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and communicate compensation programmes for different business functions.

The Reward Analyst will...

  • Conducting comprehensive analysis on various reward initiatives and providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Assisting in the design and administration of compensation programs, including salary, bonus, and equity plans.
  • Participating in salary and market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
  • Ensuring that reward programs comply with current legislation.
  • Collaborating with HR and finance to review and update reward policies and guidelines.
  • Providing recommendations to improve current processes and to ensure that reward strategies are competitive and sustainable.
  • Supporting the annual salary review process and benefits renewal.
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders regarding reward policies and specific reward-related issues.

The successful Reward Analyst will have...

  • Proven experience as a Reward Analyst or in a similar role within HR.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively.
  • Experience with HR systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and its impact on reward strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within the organisation.
