£24,000 + Pension + Parking

If you have a little accounts experience and would like to join a successful Company then this role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk could really suit you.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting wit the day to day management of the purchase ledger function
  • Checking supplier invoices received and inputting details on computer
  • Matching invoices with delivery notes and forwarding to line Manager for payment approval
  • Reconciling supplier statements and preparing weekly supplier payments
  • Collating staff expense claims, checking receipts and processing payments
  • Completing bank account reconciliations and reconciling credit card
