Purchase Ledger Clerk

£24,000 + Pension + Parking
If you have a little accounts experience and would like to join a successful Company then this role for a Purchase Ledger Clerk could really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting wit the day to day management of the purchase ledger function
- Checking supplier invoices received and inputting details on computer
- Matching invoices with delivery notes and forwarding to line Manager for payment approval
- Reconciling supplier statements and preparing weekly supplier payments
- Collating staff expense claims, checking receipts and processing payments
- Completing bank account reconciliations and reconciling credit card
