The company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of neurophysiology surgery products who have been established for over 25 years. They develop state-of-the-art biomedical technology products and treatments in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM), functional neurosurgery, pain treatment and neurological diagnostics.
They are a company based out of Germany but have broken into the UK market around 10 years ago. Since then they have been building a specialist team in the UK and have seen significant growth as a result of this. The role has come about because of the momentum they are seeing in the territory and are looking for a skilled salesperson to capitalise on this.
Your new role
- Maintain the trajectory of already growing sales
- Promote the company's products to key healthcare professionals in ENT and general surgery fields
- Deliver sales targets across the territory;
- Produce account growth plans, detailing actions and resources;
- Demonstrate in-depth clinical and product knowledge;
- Develop strong business relationships with theatre managers, surgeons and key healthcare leads where appropriate;
- Provide demonstrations in the field
- Provide market analysis and sales forecasts
What you'll need to succeed
- Surgical sales experience with a proven track record in achieving profitable sales growth
- ENT and General Surgery sales experience desirable.
