Key Responsibilities of a Project Co-ordinator:
- Being responsible for driving all delivery orders forward, making sure orders are delivered on time
- Provisioning circuits on carrier portals
- Keeping the customers informed during delivery and installation with high-level customer service
- Ensuring the engineers assigned to the customers sold solution has the correct skill sets
- Liaising with relevant departments within the business, and taking ownership of orders
Key Skills and Experience of a Project Co-ordinator:
- You should have administration experience with a 'can do' attitude
- You will have experience responding to customer emails and have excellent written communication skills
- Influencing and interpersonal skills are required for this role
- Being proficient with Microsoft Office and have a good understanding of web browsers and databases is essential
- Having the ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time is required
