Hours:
Hours can be flexible to suit you! Hours can be of minimum 30 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours. Start and finish times can be discussed to suit you on interview.
Salary
: £23,000 - £28,000
Main duties:
Finance / Marketing / Admin
- Reconcile credit card expenses
- Set up new customers or vendors and conduct credit checks
- Manage invoices and PO backlogs
- Maintain site order books.
- Support the finance and commercial teams with administrative tasks
- Supporting and helping with organising marketing events
- Post content on platforms such as Linekdin
- Assisting organising room bookings / travel bookings
- Covering reception
- Archiving and scanning documents
- Providing support to executive team
