I'm recruiting for a temporary part time Health & Safety role to support an ongoing project in Cirencester. If you have strong Project Management experience and can commit to a role to start at the end of June 2024, I want to speak with you ASAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise detailed technical knowledge to objectively analyse situations and make informed decisions that align with stakeholder needs, even with limited guidance.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to efficiently and effectively address technical cases and projects.
- Take responsibility for small projects or contribute to larger ones.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines to provide accurate assessments and advice.
- Demonstrate the ability to find solutions in ambiguous or partial information scenarios.
- Contribute to product innovation and service improvement.
- Serve as a lead technical advisor within the relevant service area.
- Mentor and train colleagues.
- Handle duties with discretion, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Take ownership of caseloads, adjusting plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Mitigate issues and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ensure accurate capture and recording of relevant customer and company information.
- Demonstrate commitment to key performance indicators within the function.
- Fulfil other reasonable duties as required.
General Accountabilities:
- Adhere to the company's Codes of Conduct, Regulations, and policies.
- Support emergency response efforts, including assuming designated roles within the emergency management framework.
Desirable Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- CertIOSH qualification.
- Project Management certification.
