Our client, a prestigious law firm is seeking a secretary to join their team.

This role is a cornerstone for ensuring smooth operations within the firm and offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive finance and billing administration, as well as matter opening procedures.
  • Craft and prepare correspondence for legal professionals.
  • Manage document editing and copy typing, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Process legal team expenses promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate tasks with various support centers, maintaining efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform general clerical duties including printing, scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Provide support to different Practice Groups as needed.
  • Occasionally perform Reception duties, managing client interactions and administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Adaptable to change, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Exhibits high levels of client care, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Legal office experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Highly IT literate, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
