A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly prestigious professional services firm based in Central London, as they seek a Front of House Receptionist to join their team. We are seeking a polished and professional candidate who will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the Front of House / Receptionist to include:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Providing refreshments to all guests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Requirements for the successful candidate:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front of house role in a hotel, working in a 5 star + hotel, spa or equivalent
  • Candidate who are passionate, energetic and motivated who are seeking a position with responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
