Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Update contracts and customer information accurately and promptly.
- Guide sales from initiation to completion, ensuring a smooth process for the customer.
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines and company policies during customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and contribute to team success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working within a busy contact centre environment.
- A proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.
