Position: Full time (35hr per week), permanent

Location: Crawley / Hybrid

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Executive to join our award-winning Exhibitions team. The Show Administrator provides support to all departments within Exhibitions - Sales, Operations, Marketing & Features and works closely with the Accounts Department to maintain correct sales ledgers/operations logs for accounting purposes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing and amending contracts using STEPS procedures.
  • Database management.
  • Keeping sales plans up to date on Illustrator and dealing with Sales Team's on-going requirements.
  • Taking customer service calls.
  • Updating exhibitor lists on websites.
  • Dealing with general enquiries and sending out general correspondence.
  • Chasing forms from exhibitors' manuals.
  • Collating Food Sampling Forms.
  • Contract and Floorplan auditing.
  • Providing general administrative support for the shows.
  • Keeping sales ledgers and operations logs up to date.
  • Regular monetary auditing.
  • Sending out Adobe emails on behalf of the Sales Team.
  • Management of the sales office on site.
  • Designing passes, Exhibitor Party invitations and Exhibitor Information Leaflets.

What you'll need:

  • Excellent organisational skills and accurate record keeping.
  • Strong administration skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent time management skills in order to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • To be an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive individual who can take initiative.
  • The ability to think critically to question and determine when to seek guidance or escalate a potential problem.
