HR Systems Manager

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with a leading FMCG client on a 12 month FTC HR Systems Manager role. Reporting to the HR Director you will be supporting the HR Transformation and systems team and you will be managing People XD/Core HR system, ensuring continuous improvement of HR processes and information management. You will be responsible for coordinating resources in order to successfully deliver projects along with being the technical lead on all systems projects. This will include process implementation, system upgrades, testing and integration along with any system testing.

You will be the lead across developing and maintaining HR SharePoint and all associated libraries and document storage. You will collate KPI's and management information and provide detailed analysis on all HR data as needed.

It will be the HR Systems Manager responsibility to manage all system governance and provide first line support across the group, ensuring all GDPR and Group processes, policies and guidelines are adhered to. Working collaboratively with the other business directorates you will be the lead on providing a service to employees whilst promoting HR data integrity across the organisation.

HR Systems Manager - About you.

  • It is absolutely essential you have a proven background in HR System Administration with People XD/Core HR
  • You will need to have an in-depth understand of HR best practice and data governance within the context of People XD/Core HR
  • Knowledge of the FMCG market would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the office suite
  • You will need to be comfortable with training team members either by Teams or face to face
  • Strong analytical skills are key along with excellent presentation skills

This role will be based from home, however you will be expected to travel to Middlesex as needed to meet with the HR Director.
