We are working with a phenomenal school in Maidenhead that are seeking a confident individual to join their school in the role of Behaviour Management Assistant. The role is a full time position beginning in September 2024 in the Maidenhead area, helping students with special educational needs and behaviour challenges throughout their school career.
Responsibilities of a Behaviour Management Assistant:
- 1-1 support for students with SEMH needs
- Observing triggers for episodes of bad behaviour
- Identifying effective regulation tactics when facing challenging behaviour
- Setting goals for students to work and achieve
- Participate in staff meetings to share observations and input on care plans
- Keep students motivated and engaged in lessons
