A small but expanding Property & Construction Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add an ambitious, client facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will join a first-class firm working across a diverse range of projects from £200k - £300m.
The company have gone from strength to strength and have an impressive pipeline for the next few years including Commercial new build & refurbishments from £150k - £150m, Residential Highrise and waterfront apartments up to 250-units, listed buildings, "one off" high end builds, hotels, student accommodation, leisure and sport.
The company have a number of offices nationwide and opened the Manchester office about 2 years ago. Since then, they have successfully established project management & building surveying teams. Their focus now is to add a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to the team, someone in which they plan to build the division around.
The new Associate Quantity Surveyor will take on a manageable workload project wise and will eventually be involved in taking on additional surveyors to help as the workload increases, build client relationships and network / business development.
This could the perfect opportunity for a career focused Associate Quantity Surveyor, eager to make a real difference within a small but growing company, starting in a fairly independent role as the Sole QS but building a team in which you will go on to manage and nurture.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- RICS accredited degree qualification
- Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
- Experience working with a PQS firm / Consultancy
- MRICS ideally or currently working towards
- Dynamic, ambitious and client facing
