We have partnered with a mid-market boutique firm located in London in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Manager to operate within their Corporate Finance team.
As an M&A Manager you will assist the team in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Helping draft information memorandums
- Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion
- Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations
- Managing junior staff
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant and / or relevant work experience
- Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
- Previous M&A work experience in an accountancy practice or boutique
