Production Operative

We are seeking Production Operatives to work in the stocks/processing plant departments.
This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. Ideally you will have factory type production experience ideally in a food or cooking environment although this is not essential, full training provided.

Our client is an international food manufacturing / process business with a factory based in Hartlepool in the TS25 area.

Working one of two shift patterns, 12 hour shifts Monday-Thursday 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am, £13.22 per hour, overtime opportunities available during busy periods at an enhanced rate.

Duties of a Production Operative
- processing on an assembly line
- working with chicken, beef or pork to make broth , stock or gravy

Must live local to Hartlepool or have own transport to commute in good time for the shift pattern with free parking on-site.

This is a food prep environment, good care with hygiene is essential, must be prepared to work 12 hours shifts during week days or nights in full PPE including wellingtons, overalls, head and beard snoods, safety glasses and ear plugs.
