Job Title:
Head of Payroll & Pensions
Location:
Glasgow / Hybrid Working
Salary:
£58-65,000 per annum
We are working with an established organisation in Glasgow that are looking for a Head of Payroll & Pensions to lead the function for over 10000 employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the team processing high volume payroll of 10,000+ including pensions, benefits, travel and expenses.
- Lead the development and training of a large teams.
- Implement best practice and develop/improve policies and procedures.
- Answer and resolve all payroll related queries.
- Design, develop and deliver new processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
You will have:
- Excellent communication, coaching and people skills.
- Up to date knowledge of payroll legislation, including pensions.
- Experience in running high volume payrolls of 10,000+.
- Strong team leadership skills, including experience in coaching.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with an ability to manage budgets, forecast and create payroll reports.
- Excellent IT skills, including advanced Excel.
