Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives.
- Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with administration of project management and implementation.
- Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Organising and maintaining the filing system of important and confidential documents.
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Governance support - supporting the EA to CEO in preparing agendas and board packs
- Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO
Profile
A successful Executive Support Assistant should have:
- A strong background in administrative support or executive assistance.
- Knowledge of the not for profit sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Exposure to and understanding of Governance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
