Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives.
  • Managing executives' calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assisting with administration of project management and implementation.
  • Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Organising and maintaining the filing system of important and confidential documents.
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Coordinating executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Governance support - supporting the EA to CEO in preparing agendas and board packs
  • Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO

Profile

A successful Executive Support Assistant should have:

  • A strong background in administrative support or executive assistance.
  • Knowledge of the not for profit sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Exposure to and understanding of Governance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
