If you are an experienced Senior Windows 11 Rollout Consultant, we have a great new contract we would like to discuss with you. Please note this role will require onsite attendance 2 days per week due to the hands-on nature of the work.
This role has been deemed inside IR35.
- Deploying Windows 11 across multiple devices within a large 10,000+ enterprise
- Diagnosing and resolving issues related to the Windows 11 rollout
- Providing technical support and training to end users post-deployment
- Creating detailed deployment documentation and reports
- Conducting compatibility assessments of hardware and software
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to meet rollout deadlines
Job Requirements:
o 5 years' experience deploying software for test and production uses to ascertain viability and interoperability with deployed image and systems.
- 5 years' experience with basic System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (MECM) usage.
o 3 years' experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Windows 10, Office 365 and its related products, Adobe products, MAC OS (Operating System) X.
o 2 years' experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Windows 11, heavily involved in Windows 10 to Windows 11 in place upgrades. This will include deep dive troubleshooting and documentation, understanding compatibility reports.
o 2-years' experience with the troubleshooting and deployment of mobile devices such as the entire line of Apple products, and Android within an Enterprise environment.
o 2-years' experience in Critical Incident Management including communication and resolution management (i.e. work around, or change management)
o 2 years' training experience either in small groups or one-on-one. The ability to train personnel with different levels of technical skills and be able to ascertain skill sets and design training curriculums accordingly.
