We are currently seeking a Recruitment/HR Coordinator to join a fast paced and successful Human Resources Team. This is a truly unique opportunity for a Recruiting professional looking for a broad role. In this role you will support the Global Human Resources Manager as well as supporting the wider Human Resources team. As part of the HR team, you will support the scheduling and coordinating of interviews and participate in a variety of recruiting special projects.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with the Human Resources Manager and Hiring Manager to schedule and coordinate video and on-site candidate interviews including communicating with the candidates regarding availability, our interview process and company information.

  • Drafting job descriptions in our recruiting system.

  • Maintaining accurate records of recruiting activity.

  • Assisting candidates with booking travel for interviews (as needed).

  • Actively participating in formal interviews as note taker/HR Representative.

  • Generating and distributing recruiting reports.

  • Actively participating in weekly recruiting meetings.

  • Communicating in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner with candidates.

  • Assisting with other recruiting projects as needed.

  • HR Administration work including but not limited to:

  • Absence Managment

  • Annual leave information

  • Auditing of files

  • Employee Assistance queries

  • First port of call for any HR questions from internal customers

  • Projects

  • Working with US HR Team

You will have the following skills and experience

  • Experience of working within a customer service environment.
  • Broad range of recruiting experience.
  • Broad range of Human Resource experience.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact effectively with highly technical staff, management and candidates.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • CIPD Qualified or looking to become CIPD Qualified.

You may be required to work outside your standard 9 - 5 due to the business having a global / US network. It's a fast-paced environment which needs you to be an exceptional communicator and forward thinking.
