Transactions Services Manager
Location: Manchester

My well established accountancy practice client with offices based in the North West are looking for an experienced Transaction Services Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance team in Manchester.
Responsibilities:
- You will advise a combination of corporate, private equity and financing institutions on acquisitions, disposals and refinancings.
- Work will be project based.
- You will work comfortably with large data sets is also essential both in and outside of Excel.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role (Essential).
- Existing due diligence experience.
- Strong experience in using Excel and PowerPoint.
