Our clients, an expanding Agency in the Rochdale area, are looking to recruit a Sales Valuer. The position will be covering 2 local branches and offers excellent long-term career growth and strong earning potential.
Working hours:
- Full Time
- 5 day working week
- Lieu day when Saturday worked
The successful Valuer role, will be offered:
- Basic salary £28,000 - £35,000
- OTE £45,000 - £50,000

To be considered for the Valuer role you must have:
- Strong track record in Listing
- Excellent Customer Service
- Positive and driven mentality
- Ability to gain instructions
- Driving licence
- Professional working attitude
As a Valuer your role will involve:
- Generating business as well as valuing from leads provided
- Valuing across 2 offices
- Listing Properties to the market
