Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that will expand our client base and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, managers, and tenants
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our proptech solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials and campaigns
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a similar role within the commercial real estate or proptech sector
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and proptech solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
