About the Role:
As a Recruitment Resourcer at KPPS, you'll be a crucial part of our commercial recruitment team. You will be responsible for sourcing and identifying top talent across various commercial sectors, working closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure a seamless recruitment process. This onsite role offers you the chance to work directly within a dynamic environment, leveraging cutting-edge AI technology and innovative recruitment strategies to match the best candidates with our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen and qualify candidates through pre-recorded/online interviews and assessments.
- Support recruitment consultants by managing candidate databases and maintaining regular contact with candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process with integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the wider KPPS team to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions to our clients.

- Previous experience in a recruitment resourcer role or similar.
