Role Overview: As an Audit & Accounts Senior, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, and other financial reports.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business operations and provide valuable financial insights.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.

- Stay informed about industry developments and changes in accounting and auditing standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
- ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Substantial experience in audit and accounts preparation within an accounting practice.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, IFRS, and UK GAAP.
- Proficiency in using audit software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
