Part Time Office Manager

We have a wonderful position for a part time Office Manager to join a professional services company based in Hayes. This is an ongoing, flexible role with part time hours to fit around other commitments. It is office based so someone accessible to Hayes would be ideal.

Duties will include:

  • Assisting the full time Office Manager with adhoc administrative duties
  • Keeping abreast of Health and Safety policies
  • Keeping the office restocked
  • Reconfirming the office to accommodate new starters

Key attributes:

  • Good common sense
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomousl
  • Prior experience within a similar role
