Reporting to the Director of Forensics, you will oversee a caseload and develop two junior members of staff. You will also be tasked with growing out the team through recruitment and business development.

Description
- Business valuations, Matrimonial Finance, Partnership and shareholder disputes, Contractual disputes, Expert Determination, Loss of profit claims and ad-hoc investigation work.
- Liaising with solicitors, clients and other experts on a case by case basis
- Liaising with parties to disputes to gather relevant information and evidence.
- Assisting the department director with investigation, research and report writing on cases.
- Producing expert witness reports in own name.
- Manage a portfolio of cases ensuring deadlines are met.
- Undertake business development activity to promote the department services and generate workflow
Profile
- ACA / ACCA qualified
- Post qualified experience in a forensic accounting position
- Experience of accounts preparation, corporate & personal tax returns and audit is a plus
- Business acumen
- Strong attention to deal
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
