Role Title: Core Eng - Senior Data Analyst
Location: Opening this role both in Birmingham & London but we have only 1 HC
Duration: 12 Months
Working Arrangements: Onsite(5 Days in Office)
Must haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise organization.
- Extensive experience creating reports for C-Level executives and stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Excel (incl. advanced formulas macros) and PowerPoint
- Thorough experience with data manipulation, interpretation, analysing trends/themes and providing possible resolutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in high pressure tight deliverable situations to perform statistical analysis for use by senior leadership and audit teams
Plusses:
- Experience in financial services in a technology focused role
- Strong understanding of technology Incident, problem or change management.
- Experience with ServiceNow as an technology Incident and problem management tool.
- Experience with SQL - ability to create, interpret and revise queries.
- Experience building reporting dashboards in tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
- Experience working with LLM for data analysis. Data science/ modelling knowledge also a plus
- Work with developers to build and automate dashboards to meet senior leadership needs (like transform the data into dashboards so we don't have to do it manually)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
