Team Assistant

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a confident and reliable Team Assistant to join a lovely single-family office in the West End! The successful candidate will support a group of senior team members with a wide variety of tasks as well as assisting the wider office with various dynamic duties. What you will do:

  • Diligent diary management
  • Booking travel arrangements for team members
  • Handling expenses
  • Organising and distributing post and parcels
  • Professional email and phone correspondence
  • Planning events
  • General office administration
  • Meeting and greeting office guests, VIPs, and family members

Who you are:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience working in either a family office, financial service or legal environment.
  • You will possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Hold advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills.
  • The successful candidate will be a self – starter, who is highly organised and able to demonstrate flexibility and proactivity
