Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a business in the Grantham area as they look to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant into their team on a full time, permanent basis.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Help prepare monthly management accounts and provide accurate reports to support various departments
- Manage tasks related to the nominal ledger, ensuring accuracy up to the trial balance
- Collaborate within the finance team to maintain data accuracy and integrity in all financial records
- Assist with financial projects and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering precise results under time constraints
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous proven experience in a similar finance role
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with nominal ledger responsibilities up to trial balance
- A sound understanding of accounting principles and best practices
