Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in family law and a proven track record of handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
- Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes amicably.
- Preparing legal documents, including statements, agreements, and court applications.
- Representing clients in court and at tribunals.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and best practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in family law.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
