Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Associate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in family law and a proven track record of handling a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and domestic violence cases.
  • Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.
  • Conducting negotiations and mediations to resolve disputes amicably.
  • Preparing legal documents, including statements, agreements, and court applications.
  • Representing clients in court and at tribunals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in family law and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in family law.
  • Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
