Overview
This company are seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to join their finance team in ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a contract position running for 6 months to cover a period of absence within the team. This will be an office-based position within their office in Hereford.
Responsibilities
- Analyse accounts and follow up on overdue payments
- Utilise accounting software to track payments and update records
- Communicate with clients via phone, maintaining a professional and courteous manner
- Process data entry for financial transactions
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable department to resolve discrepancies
- Provide support in telemarketing efforts related to financial services
Previous experience of credit control isn't essential, but you must be a good communicator and be confident in liaising with internal and external personal. This is an immediate start position.
