Are you ready to join a dynamic team in the production industry? Our client based near Ulverston is seeking a talented Warehouse Operative to work with their exceptional team. ?? Full Details:
- ?? Working Days: Tuesday to Friday
- ?? Working Hours: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm (possible night shift rota available from 4:30 pm - 3 am)
- �? Competitive Hourly Rate: Starting from £11.44
Responsibilities:
When operating a machine:
- Ensure the right raw materials are used in the production process
- Set up, adjust, and run machines at optimum levels for top-quality products
- Conduct effective start-up and shut down routines, completing all necessary checks
When packing:
- Ensure all materials are readily available and well-prepared for efficient use
- Accurately label and pack products within designated timeframes
Always:
- Minimise downtime and resolve any production or packing issues
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and operate machinery safely
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area
- Embrace and uphold the company's Values, Policies, Procedures & Objectives
- Be ready to assist with any other duties as required
