PAYROLL SPECIALIST - £42k (HOURLY EQUIVALENT) - ASAP START DATE - 6 WEEK (POTENTIAL EXTENSION) - BICESTER - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Bicester that are looking for a full-time Payroll Specialist to join the team ASAP, to cover long-term sickness, and support the Payroll Manager for a 6 week assignment, offering hybrid working!
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of ADP platform SPM and an in-depth knowledge of iHCM.
- Gather variables/changes/inputs and check them before entering them into the relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain payroll records on iHCM.
- Download and reconcile trial reports.
- Arrange approval meetings/calls.
- Approve the payroll on the relevant platform.
- Check final reports.
- Send final files to Finance.
- Circulate monthly payroll dates to local People team, local Finance and People Services Advisory team.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of ADP desirable.
- Experience maintaining payroll records.
- Good communication skills.
