Office Administrator (4-Month FTC)

  • Annual Salary: £25,000 (pro-rated)
  • Location: Stoneleigh Office (Hybrid Flexibility)
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Flexibility: Hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week at the Stoneleigh Office, subject to business needs.

I am currently recruiting for an administration to join a team in Stoneleigh, on a 4 month fixed term contract starting from 6th January.

As an Office Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Operations team, directly supporting the delivery of the organisations objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team making a difference.

Your role will involve:

  • Managing correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages. - Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining calendars and schedules.
  • Performing data entry and managing databases.
  • Handling office inventory and welcoming visitors.
  • Assisting in the administration of marketing and social media tasks.
