The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Office Assistant which will be based in their central Bristol office. This is an excellent role if you are looking to step into an office based role.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Filing
  • Provide telephone support and deal with client enquiries in the case handlers absence
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards, input data and prepare initial letters and documents
  • Telephoning courts, Solicitors and Clients making accurate and detailed attendance notes.
  • File Closing

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who maybe has some administration experience or looking to step in to an office role.

They are looking for someone who is / able to:

  • Work to deadlines
  • Accurate
  • Good IT skills
  • Team Player
  • Able to work in a busy environment.

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)

The Salary:

£22,000
